This Privacy Policy explains how The-Dresdner Group Inc. d/b/a Zetralog ("Zetralog", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit zetralog.com or use Zetralog software and services, including Zetralog School, which schools use to manage enrollment, tuition billing and communication with parents and guardians.

1. Information we collect

We collect information that schools, parents and guardians provide to us or enter into the service, including:

• Contact information: name, mobile phone number, email address and mailing address.
• Account information: student and family records, enrollment details and account balances entered by a school.
• Billing information: payment amounts, payment history and payment method details given by schools or parents. Card and bank details are processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical information: basic log data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate and support the Zetralog service on behalf of the schools that use it;
• process tuition and other payments and keep accurate account records;
• send transactional account and payment messages by email and SMS, such as tuition payment reminders, payment receipts, failed-payment notices and school account notifications, to parents and guardians who have opted in;
• respond to questions and support requests; and
• protect the security of the service and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share information only as needed to run the service: with the school you are associated with, and with service providers that help us operate it (for example, hosting, payment processing and message delivery providers), who may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users, schools or the public. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, as stated above.

5. Security

We protect information with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls by role so each person sees only what they need, and trusted infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to address any issue promptly.

6. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service to the school, to maintain financial and tax records, and to meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Opt-out records are kept so that we continue to honor your request.

7. Your rights and choices

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us or your school.
• You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of non-essential emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law; we will honor requests as the law requires.

Zetralog is used by schools and by parents and guardians. Messages and accounts are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13; student information is provided by the school or by a parent or guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
