Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zetralog.com and of the software and services provided by The-Dresdner Group Inc. d/b/a Zetralog ("Zetralog", "we", "us"), including Zetralog School and its text messaging program. By using the website or the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS Messaging Terms

Program name: Zetralog School Notifications

Program description: Tuition payment reminders, payment receipts, failed-payment notices and school account notifications, sent on behalf of schools using Zetralog to parents and guardians who have opted in to receive them.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Help: Text HELP for help or contact [email protected].
  • Opt-out: Text STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of any purchase.

2. Use of the service

You agree to use the website and the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter and for obtaining any consents required to contact parents and guardians. Accounts are for the authorized users they are issued to; keep your login details confidential.

3. Payments

Tuition and other amounts are owed to the school. Payments made through Zetralog are processed by third-party payment processors on the school's behalf, and questions about amounts owed should be directed to your school.

4. Intellectual property

The website, the Zetralog software and the Zetralog name and logo are owned by The-Dresdner Group Inc. and protected by law. Zetralog is a trademark of The-Dresdner Group Inc.

5. No warranty

The website and the service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zetralog and The-Dresdner Group Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from or related to your use of the website or the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use means you accept it.
